I stumbled across the name Gigi Finan on this very website and I have now had experience with the selling side as well as the buying side of her. After listing our house and having no success with a sale, I decided to do some research to find the perfect realtor. I was looking for three specific qualities: work ethic, honesty and sales record. I read Gigi's reviews, checked out her listings and called her for an interview. Gigi is very honest. She is not going to drastically overprice your home in order to get the listing. Gigi wants to sell houses instead of having them sit on the market for the duration of the contract with no offer. In addition, she works very hard to get as many potential buyers as possible through advertising and her extensive list of contacts. We had many showings on our house and Gigi would receive feedback and share it with us in a timely manner. We actually had many offers on our home and Gigi was excellent negotiating the final sale. In fact, we liked her so much, that we had her show us homes to buy and we will be closing on our new home soon. Again, Gigi was very honest with the homes we were looking at. She didn't want us to buy a home just to get the sale, she was concerned with our needs as a family and how the home would suit us.
